A first step after your diagnosis is a path review by an expert of your biopsy slides. Because the Gleason score is such a critical item, I would want to have an expert pathology opinion. This should be obtained from a prostate cancer pathology expert. This is not to say that others are bad - simply we know from experience that these will consistently produce excellent results.
