Prostate Gland Volume and Diameter
 

Often we get into discussions in the groups about size of the gland in terms of reducing the size by hormonal therapy. One of the members of the groups brought the size of the gland to my attention and told me how little difference in the diameter there is between sizes. For example a 50 cc gland has a diameter of 1.81 inches in relation to a 150cc gland which has a diameter of 2.6 inches. A diameter that is only .8 " larger but three times the volume.
